An exciting opportunity has opened for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private high-net-worth estate in Atlanta. The successful candidate will manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. This is a W-2 full-time position offering an hourly rate starting at $40 per hour, with benefits.
What you will be doing
Property Oversight
Supervise and execute the cleaning and maintenance of the estate, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and specialty spaces (e.g., home gym, theater).
Conduct regular property walkthroughs to inspect cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all areas.
Maintain luxury finishes and furnishings, including antiques, fine art, and designer pieces, ensuring proper care.
Team Management
Lead, train, and mentor a team of housekeepers to maintain consistent high standards.
Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for the team.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Daily Operations
Handle laundry and wardrobe care, including delicate fabrics and designer garments.
Maintain an organized inventory of household supplies and ensure timely restocking.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for deep-cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Event Preparation
Prepare the property for special events, ensuring all areas are pristine and guest-ready.
Assist with event setup and post-event cleanup as required.
Communication and Reporting
Regularly update the family or estate manager on property status, staff performance, and supply needs.
Utilize technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, task management software) to manage schedules and track inventory.
