Define and implement UX strategies that enhance user engagement, product adoption, and seamless feature integration.
Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to align UX decisions with business objectives.
Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys to optimize experiences.
Oversee the design of large-scale digital platforms, portals, and mobile experiences.
Utilize industry-leading design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure UX best practices and accessibility standards are met across all digital solutions.
Job Description Should have 15+ experience in User Experience Designer & Research Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, end-users, and other stakeholders to understand their requirement and ensure design decisions support business objectives and align with client branding Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and principles Expertise in user research techniques like interviews, surveys, and usability testing User research: Conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Develop and implement comprehensive UX design strategies aligned with business goals, including information architecture, user flows, and interaction design. Persona development: Create detailed user personas to guide design decisions and ensure they align with user needs. User journey mapping: Define out user journeys to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement. Strategy development: Formulate and implement UX strategies that enhance user onboarding, increase product adoption, and ensure seamless feature integration. Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing feedback, coaching, and assigning tasks. Should have experience working in onshore-offshore model Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping Must have lead the large portal engagements to design the portal and mobile experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Good communications skills both verbal and written Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficialLife at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. The base salary range for the tagged location is $140,000 - $160,000/ yearly.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
