Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our Mailback Solutions division. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them on our services, and guiding them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & Engage: Identify and contact potential customers via phone, email, and online outreach.

Educate & Consult: Understand customers’ waste disposal needs and explain how our mailback program provides a safe, compliant, and cost-effective solution.

Close Sales: Guide customers through the purchasing process, overcome objections, and finalize agreements.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

0-1 year of sales, customer service, or related experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!)

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Experience with CRM software is a plus, but not required.

Passion for providing solutions that help businesses stay compliant and environmentally responsible.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary & on-target earnings (OTE): $67K per year, with uncapped commissions.
