Senior Service Manager

We are a leading pool service company in the Northeast, providing maintenance, repairs, and renovations. As we expand, we seek a skilled Service Manager to oversee daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily service operations, scheduling, and technician dispatch.
Lead and train a team of pool technicians, ensuring high performance.
Oversee customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations.
Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring service vehicles are stocked.
Ensure quality control and safety compliance, adhering to industry standards.
Track service revenue, costs, and productivity to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years in pool service or a related industry.
3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of pool equipment, maintenance, and repairs.
Experience with service scheduling software.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
CPO certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.
