Job description

Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience Must be flexible in terms of working hours and able to work in a high volume setting. Knowledge of fundamental cooking & skilled in grill, sauté and prep work. Good knife skills & time cooking management. Knowledge of HACCP and NYC Sanitation practices.
