Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their preferences and needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area.

Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.

Assist clients with product recommendations for at-home care.

Collaborate with other salon professionals to create a cohesive service experience.

Promote additional services such as eyelash extensions or hair styling when appropriate.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.

Experience in hair threading, barbering, or hair extensions is a plus.

Strong retail sales skills and knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales.

Proficiency in various nail techniques and styles.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.

A commitment to maintaining sanitation standards within the salon environment.

Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not required.
