Job Description:

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and install solar panels on rooftops and other structures following site assessments and design plans.

Install electrical wiring and components to connect solar panels to the electrical system.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Work closely with team members to complete installations on schedule.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in solar installation, electrical work, or related field preferred.

Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar technology.

Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
