HIRING - Family Assistant for Busy Family of Five Needed!

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm; Family needs flexibility for one additional day on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Children: 8, 10 and 11 year olds
Duties: Childcare, cooking for children, driving children, cooking for family, purchasing children's items, light housekeeping, meal preparation, homework help, grocery shopping, children's event planning, children's laundry, errands, family's laundry.
Requirements: The ideal candidate has extensive long-term experience working with families in a similar role and is highly engaged with children. They should be a proactive self-starter, hardworking, and possess a warm, cheerful demeanor while collaborating with Mom as needed. Strong judgment, common sense, and the ability to communicate any issues or challenges effectively are essential. The candidate must be receptive to feedback, comfortable seeking clarification when needed, and able to work independently without requiring much direction. A quiet, focused approach is preferred. A valid driver's license is required, and the family will provide a car for work-related use.
Salary: Salary: $40-$45 per hour, Paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year
Requirements: Recent, long-term, professional (paid) experience with children, ideally as a Nanny in a private home with excellent references. Long-term teaching experience with children and recent & substantial work doing in-home childcare for a family may also qualify.
