Our clientele, primarily aged 40 to 70, values both quality and style. We’re looking for someone who can confidently guide customers to select premium, high-end frames and lenses that suit their unique needs and aesthetic preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client has a personalized and enjoyable experience.

Assist customers in selecting eyewear that matches their prescription, face shape, and style preferences.

Educate customers on lens options and features to meet their vision needs.

Demonstrate strong sales skills to drive revenue and build lasting customer relationships.

Ensure complete attention to detail, demonstrating a strong drive to deliver precision and follow-through from start to finish.

Requirements:

Previous experience in optical sales or a related retail environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A flair for fashion and an ability to make stylish recommendations.

A proactive approach to learning about new eyewear trends and products.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Compensation and Benefits:

$21+ per hour, depending on experience.
