General Laborer

Aerotek Hiring For A General Labor with Immediate JoiningLocation: Airway Heights, WashingtonPay: $18-$22/hrType: Contract-to-Hire (90 days)Key Responsibilities:

Lift up to 75 lbs regularly and work comfortably at heights.

Collaborate in a team environment to stack and organize steel plates.

Read blueprints and perform general layout using a tape measure on structural steel assemblies.

Operate a 4-1/2” grinder to remove rust and mill scale before welding.

Train on forklift and overhead crane operation.

Operate CNC machines including robotic welders, plasma tables, and brake presses.

Support shop flow by managing parts and tracking them via tablet software.

Pull parts and place them in bins according to the bill of materials.

Coordinate and manage cut-to-size plate processing in the machine shop
