Water Front Property Manager

We are looking for a handyman/ property manager to handle ongoing projects and landscaping. Such as painting, cutting grass, trimming palm trees, electrical fixes, fixing things around the house. Making improvements and small repairs. We've had this house for 2 years and constantly need at least 20-30 hours a month of work done.
