We'd like to build a special house crew of older, experienced tradesmen to honor the 77th Infantry Division from WWII lovingly nicknamed "The Old Bastards". Are you an old bastard that can't stop swinging a hammer? Did you realize that as soon as you stop moving, you die? Do you like working with other equally experienced guys that know how to cooperate, communicate, enjoy filthy jokes, and see the innate value of finishing a job perfectly? I hear from a lot of guys that are tired of not finding good help for your own business. Some of them give up and work alone. You're tired of the bullsh#t. We'd like to build you a crew that will make you love your job again. We'll handle the bulls#t. We'll sub out the stuff we know you hate doing. We hate it too. We have other crews of young guys, but we will pay you more, charge more for you, and we bet you'll do better work, and faster.
