Part-Time Assistant Manager – Shamrock Mobile Home Park (Eugene, OR)
Shamrock Mobile Home Park is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to support office operations during the manager’s absence. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records
Process rental applications and assist with tenant inquiries
Handle tenant complaints and communicate issues to management
Perform basic office tasks using MS Word, Excel, and other software
Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (additional computer skills are a plus)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage office duties efficiently
Property management experience is not required but is beneficial
Position Details:
Part-time: 7 hours per day, 2 days per week
Compensation: Pay is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview
Start Date: Immediate
Work Environment: You’ll collaborate closely with on-site managers in a friendly, supportive setting.
