Wanted eminent domain appraiser

Looking for a commercial real estate appraiser experienced in eminent domain appraisal. Have a 7 acre parcel of land in Lucerne Valley a portion of which the Department of transportation wants to acquire for expansion of Hwy 18. The DOT reimburses up to $5000 for appraisal. Must be willing to provide me with a preliminary appraisal before a final agreement can be executed. Needs asap.
