Construction Service Tech/Carpenter OR CREWS

We are a local construction maintenance company, and we are seeking a service technician and carpenter with experience in all facets of construction to complete repairs and smaller jobs. We will provide the qualified candidate a company vehicle, fuel, and any major tools.

The qualified candidate must have the following:

Valid license

Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Good communication skills

Willingness to work M-F

There will be jobs that you work with other employees on the larger repairs/jobs.

And, experience in the following:

Roofing

Siding

Windows

Doors

Flooring

Trim

Cabinets

How to change locks

Light plumbing

Light electrical

Plaster

Painting

Install storm doors
