Help wanted in exchange for 2 bedroom apartment

Hired help in exchange for 32 hours work per month. Hired hand handyman, single, couple, family. Landscaping, gardening, painting, cleaning, renovations, remodeling skills and abilities. Must pay utilities on 2 bedroom upstairs apartment. Must have references and work experience. Perfect candidate would be retired handyman but will consider all qualified candidates.
