Service Technician Wanted! Starting at $23-$25/hour

Paramount Builders is looking for a talented and skilled individual to join the team as our new Service Technician for our Virginia Beach, VA branch. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of professional experience servicing and/or installing windows and roofs on residential homes.

As a Service Technician for Paramount Builders, you'll be handling small services for our residential customers. Most services will include, but not limited to, re-caulking windows, replacing sashes, cleaning gutters, etc. You may also be asked to help with Measurement confirmations. This is when you'll be going to homes after a sales rep has done an initial Measure to ensure we have the accurate numbers before ordering materials.

We Offer:

$23-$25/hour depending on experience

Overtime pay available when needed

Bi-weekly pay (changing to weekly this year!)

Eligible for health benefits at 60 days of employment

Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm)

What We Need From You:

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience servicing and/or installing windows and roofs on residential homes

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted

Able to climb ladders

Excellent customer service and communication skills
