Sparq Living is looking for a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help with apartment renovations. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in construction or related fields.

Hardworking & Reliable: You must be punctual, dependable, and committed to completing projects on time and to high standards.

Eagerness to Learn: While some experience is helpful, we're looking for someone excited to learn new skills and work on a variety of tasks.

Team Player: You should be comfortable collaborating with others, staying organized, and following instructions for a smooth and efficient work process.

Key Responsibilities Include:

General Construction Work: Carry out tasks like demolition, heavy lifting, site cleanup, and moving materials.

Hands-On Renovation Tasks: Assist with the installation of flooring, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components in apartment units.

Site Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, ensuring all tools and materials are ready and properly handled.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or related work.

Physical ability to handle tasks such as lifting and moving materials.

Must have your own basic hand tools. A truck or van is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Must be punctual, organized, and reliable.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $22 per hour or more, depending on experience. As your skills grow, there will be opportunities to increase your pay.

Work Location:

Primarily in Pierce County, with a focus on apartment renovation projects.
