What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 4 years in construction or a related field.

Skills: A strong work ethic, exceptional organization, and leadership ability. You should be able to manage a team while keeping projects on track and ensuring quality work.

Reliability: Punctuality is essential, and you must be dependable to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to high standards.

Eagerness to Learn: While experience is important, we're looking for someone who is driven and ready to expand their skill set in a wide range of construction areas.

Key Responsibilities Include the Following:

Hands-on Work: You’ll be involved in everything from demolition and heavy lifting to site cleanup and the installation of flooring, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components.

Leadership: As a lead technician, you’ll guide a team, ensuring that each job is completed with precision, efficiency, and safety in mind.

General Construction Tasks: You’ll take on a variety of duties, including material transport, project setup, and coordination between team members to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in construction.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Must own basic hand tools. A truck or van is preferred but not required.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Must be punctual, organized, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.

Compensation: Starting pay is $30 per hour or more, depending on experience. As you advance in your skills and responsibilities, your pay will increase accordingly.

Work Location:

Primarily in South King County.
