Hiring Sushi chef /assistant

We are looking to hire a sushi chef immediately for a new restaurant. Must have at least 5 years of experience. Must be kind, professional, and dependable. Must know to come up with sushi recipes and build a menu.

Desirable schedule. Sun-Thur both lunch & dinner shifts. Friday half day. Off Sat.
