The Girl & The Chick is a fast-casual, upscale rotisserie chicken restaurant known for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and high-quality food. We take pride in crafting delicious, scratch-made dishes, and we’re looking for passionate, hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team!

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency.

Follow recipes and portion guidelines for sauces, sides, and proteins.

Work the grill, sauté, or prep station as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station.

Assist in prepping ingredients, marinating meats, and ensuring food safety standards.

Communicate with the team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

️ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals).

️ Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques.

️ Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.

️ Team player with a positive attitude.

️ Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

️ Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
