Caregivers Needed for Day Program

Angel Wings Agency is looking for Direct Support Professionals/Instructors to provide services directly to consumers for 3 to 4 days a week. We are currently looking for (1) Part-Time Staff

Requirements for a Direct Service Staff:

1. High School Diploma/GED

2. 6 months to 1 Year Experience in Social Services

3. NO DUIs or reckless driving within the last 10 years

4. HIPAA Certification

5. Pass a Live Scan

6. CPR/First Aid Certification

7. Must pass a TB test

8. Valid Driver’s License

9. Valid Car Insurance (in your name)

10. Must have a reliable vehicle (2007 or Newer and; 4 doors)

11. Must be able to Speak/Read/Write in English fluently

12. Off Weekends and Most Holidays

The Skills, Training, and Education necessary to:

- Establish and maintain a constructive and appropriate personal relationship with consumers.

- Minimize risks of endangerment to consumers' health, safety, and well-being.

- Provide on-the-job training for consumers/job coaching when necessary.

- Perform First-Aid and CPR, as appropriate to any specific consumer's needs.
