Ma Maison Floors, a distinguished Los Angeles-based manufacturer and importer of exquisite hardwood floors, is seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealership representatives through regular meetings, fostering open communication and trust.
Product and Service Expertise: Become a product and service expert, capable of confidently providing accurate and detailed information to customers, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
Customer Data Management: Diligently update customer contact information, visit details, and preferences within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Sample Management: Efficiently collect and deliver requested product samples to dealerships, showcasing our diverse range of hardwood flooring options.
Rack Installation and Maintenance: Professionally deliver, install, and maintain product display racks at dealerships, ensuring optimal presentation and brand visibility.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing director to align customer service efforts with marketing initiatives, share customer insights, and contribute to promotional activities.
Job Requirements:
Driving Experience: A minimum of 3 years of driving experience, demonstrating competence and confidence behind the wheel.
Valid License and Vehicle Comfort: Possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable operating a company van for customer visits and sample deliveries.
Clean Driving and Background: Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check, reflecting responsibility and trustworthiness.
Tech Savvy: Exhibit proficiency in Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.) and the Android platform, essential for communication, data management, and reporting.
Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
