Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate to join our prestigious client's Denver office. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity with one of our clients for an ABA certified paralegal with 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will assist attorneys with case management, including discovery, expert witness prep, and trial prep. You will maintain client and witness communications, manage confidentiality, track time for billing, and stay updated on relevant software and technology.Key Responsibilities:Assist with case management, discovery, expert witness prep, and trial prep.Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and experts while ensuring confidentiality.Track time for client billing.Continuously learn and apply new litigation technologies.Requirements:ABA-approved paralegal certificate or attorney declaration under BPC 6450 required5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.Strong knowledge of Federal and State court rules and procedures.Experience with complex document reviews in civil and criminal cases.Proficient with Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, and Westlaw/Lexis.Strong proofreading, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.Ability to work onsiteAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
