Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TC)

Boutique start-up orthodontic office in Anaheim, CA Part-time

Great opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic person to grow with us in a small start-up office with potential for a Full-time position and benefits package. We are looking for a team member with excellent communication skills, customer service, professionalism, and some managerial experience. Must be able to type well and used to electronic/digital workflow.

$22-28/hr depending on experience.

NOTE THAT POSITION IS PART-TIME: 3x/week for now until we ramp up in the future.

Position:

Responsible for communicating with new patients

Comfortable presenting financials, insurance coverage, and options for payment to the new patients.

Responsible for on-going communication with patients and parents during and after treatment.

Monitors the recall system and communicates with referring offices.

Marketing to referring offices

Participation in social media/marketing events

Requirements:

TC must have excellent attitude, attention to detail, be able to pivot, and be a team player

Familiar with orthodontic treatment planning.

Familiar with insurance, electronic billing and billing knowledge.

Must have dental and orthodontic TC experience.

Spanish-speaking required
