Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Assemblers to join our company in Aliso Viejo. We need assemblers to connect parts into more complex components. The parts that need assembling are exercising machines, such as bicycles. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product, dealing with hand power tools, measuring tape, etc.

Details:

Standing on your feet and lifting for long periods of time

Heavy lifting

Monday - Friday

40 hours

Shift: 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

Unpack complete bikes and framesets. This will require removing staples.

Removing bike or frameset from the box. Mounting complete bike on stand for rework to be performed.

Packaging must be carefully removed from the frame and bike. Packaging will need to be reused.

Workers will not perform rework.

Once framed, bikes are approved by QC, bikes will be repacked and staple boxes.

Experience

Excellent collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and communication.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to component parts

Technical, Bike experience would be ideal.
