Fulltime position for Full Charge Bookkeeper
This is a full time position with remote work possibility as proficiency is achieved.
Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, experienced with Quickbooks, Excel and property management software.
Job duties include:
Accounts payable - including vendor invoice processing
Accounts receivable including delinquent account follow up
Multiple account monthly reconciliations
Annual CAM reconciliation
Monthly Owner reporting and transfer of owner funds
Security deposit processing and tracking, lease input review
Quarterly tax payment preparation and submission
Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience. Experience with Rent Manager a plus.
