Production Manager/ Order Fulfillment Specialist/ Customer Relations

World Leading Jewelry Manufacturer based in San Francisco is currently reviewing applications for Production Manager/ Order Fulfillment Specialist/ Customer Relations Management

Daily responsibilities consist of filling orders to specification from invoices and creating invoices in Quickbooks primarily from customer emails.

This is a top tier management position in a small boutique company with incredible growth potential. Our stellar reputation is hard earned, we have been in the Body Jewelry manufacturing business for 28 years. This position is good for someone who wants to immerse themselves in a highly dynamic world of miniature wearable sculptures and cutting edge jewelry designs. Must be familiar with basic measurements in inches and millimeters, and some knowledge of body jewelry is very helpful.

Every one of our team members strives for perfection in each step of the process, but this particular position demands great attention to detail and exactitude in order fulfillment as well as invoicing and documentation. Additionally, some basic experience with Adobe InDesign and Wordpress would be very valuable for the company so we can maintain and update our catalogs and website.

Hours are steady but some flexibility is possible between full time and part time. Estimate about 30 hrs/wk minimum depending on the economy and how busy we are.
