Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

-Clear and friendly communication with patient, family, and team

-Ensure office schedule is productive

-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries as necessary

-Collect patient copays

-Confirm patient appointments

-Open and Close office

-New Patient Intake

-Auditing charts and appointments
