1. Responding to Customer Inquiries:

Address customer questions via phone, email, and chat. This may include providing information about products or services, assisting with general inquiries, and offering customer support.

Additional tasks may involve sending clients welcome emails, birthday cards, or member ID cards.

2. Maintaining Client Records:

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, inquiries, and transactions with clients.

Track the progress of policy changes and customer inquiries to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.

3. Documentation:

Upload and organize all necessary documents related to client policies to ensure everything is up-to-date and accessible.

4. Technical Skills:

Must be proficient in using computers and various software programs, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools as required.
