We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, office operations, as well as furniture and warehouse plus sales and more.

Job Description:
All aspects of a company's financial operations:
Recording transactions,
Maintaining accounts Payable and Receivable,
Processing payroll,
Preparing financial statements,
Reconciling bank statements
Oracle Net Suite software
Experience:
Proven experience in office Bookkeeping over 2 plus years or related field
Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Experience with data entry and file management is a plus
Strong caring image
Professional demeanor and skillset
Good communication and Phone skills
Quick learner and retention strong skill
