Senior IT Field Services Specialist

The Placer County Information Technology Department is seeking to fill a Senior IT Specialist position to provide IT Field Support throughout the North Tahoe region. This is the only Senior IT Specialist role based in North Tahoe, requiring a highly skilled candidate with extensive endpoint support experience and the ability to work independently, efficiently resolving technology issues without immediate access to nearby teammates. The position includes scheduled on-site workdays as well as emergency technical response on-site days as needed. This role demands a proactive, service-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

This position is eligible for an additional $1,000 per month Tahoe Branch Assignment Premium for employees who are permanently assigned to a position located in the North Lake Tahoe Area.
