Dual Position for fast-paced Bagel/Deli in Flemington, NJ

1) Dual Role for Grill and Deli

a) Prior experience working in a bagel/deli or restaurant

b) Prepare deli meats, cheeses, salads, and other deli items according to recipes and customer preferences

c) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli/grill area, including food preparation surfaces,

equipment, and utensils

d) Follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness

e) Must have experience working on grill for breakfast and lunch menu.

f) Must have previous experience working in a fast paced bagel, deli, restaurant and/or diner (minimum 5+ years)

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work weekends and holidays.
