Responsibilities: Corresponds with players and retailers by answering and logging incoming callsEnsures customer service tasks by preparing reports; providing guidance in ticket transfer and appropriate phone coverageApproves adjustments by logging retailer and ticket informationAnalyzes and verifies data by using VLOOKUP verificationMaintains databases by updating Retailer Management System (RMS) and Aurora Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of Customer Service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft Word and Excel required Strong analytical skills preferredExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly organized with ability to prioritize tasks and good time managementFlexibility to work longer shifts, periodically Positive attitude Hiring Rate: $38,288 (this non-exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary) Closing Date: February 20, 2025 this position is eligible for partial telework.
