Partime Community Manager/ Maintenance

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Community Manager/Maintenance Person for our Mobile Home and Apartment Community Located across from the Rogue River.

Ideal Candidate will have working knowledge of running a community and also upkeeping the community!

Position Requirements

Community Manager - Walking community, Writing and distributing violation notices, Distributing rent statements and other correspondence, Overall communications with residents and upper managment. Helping to create a safe and fun community.

Maintenance Tech- Upkeep & repairs of apartment rentals, Mowing, Weedwacking, spraying, blowing off streets, Daily and weekly well reads, Projects.

Must have vehicle, be organized and on time. Attire is business casual
