Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Attic and Crawlspace Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in confined spaces, such as attics and crawlspaces, and possess a keen eye for detail. This role involves assisting with the restoration and remediation of areas affected by wildlife intrusion, ensuring safe and thorough cleanup and repairs.
General Duties:
- Assist in inspecting attics and crawlspaces for signs of wildlife and rodent activity.
- Conduct restoration activities, including insulation removal and replacement, exclusion repairs, and decontamination.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Comfort working in attics and crawlspaces.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Previous experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
