Maintenance/Handyman needed for small Property Management - Part Time

- Mainly located in Old City / 1 Property in Rittenhouse Area

General Duties:

- Maintaining the Common and Outside Areas

- Completing Tenant Work Orders / Communicating with Tenants

- Unit Turnovers for new tenants (cleaning and minor repairs)

- Showing available apartments to prospective tenants

Handyman / Maintenance Skills:

- Basic Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common maintenance issues

- Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants

- Ability to work independently and as a part of our small team

Must have Drivers License & Insurance
