Storage Facility Onsite Worker

We are looking to onboard a Storage Facility caretaker for our Storage Facility located in Dubois, PA.

This position is a part-time, independent contract position (1099) for a self-storage facility in Dubois, PA. The facility is Roughly 160 Storage Units and rental parking spaces. Our rental process is designed to be online move-in and move-out; however, there may be some customers that wish to see a unit prior to renting. Also, the facility needs to be maintained and show in a presentable manner to the customers. The person in this position will need to be friendly and approachable, with great customer service as a mindset. The person should also be handy with tools and able to fix minor issues with units, such as doors, lights, and Locks. This person should also be able to ensure the facility is neatly kept and be able to coordinate with any outside maintenance or other third party vendors. Again, this is a part-time position which we anticipate you will need to visit the facility roughly 2-3 times per week. We prefer to hire someone living very close to Dubois.
