Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Account Manager in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, providing strategic industry insights, and driving business growth.Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs Utilize Salesforce Platform and CRM to manage client accounts and track key performance indicators Identify and recruit highly skilled professionals for client organizations Utilize digital marketing strategies for outbound marketing and sales efforts Provide strategic guidance to clients based on industry trends and hiring data Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts Handle both inbound and outbound calls to and from clients and potential candidates Deliver exceptional service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty Leverage executive recruiting skills to attract top-tier talent Develop and implement innovative staffing solutions to meet client needs. Requirements Proficiency in Salesforce Platform is a must for managing and tracking customer interactions. Strong knowledge of KPI Reporting is required for monitoring and improving performance. Experience with CRM systems is essential for managing customer relationships and data. A solid understanding of Digital Marketing is necessary for promoting the company's products or services. The candidate must be comfortable with a Heavily-Outbound role, reaching out to potential clients proactively. Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls effectively and professionally. Experience in Outbound Marketing strategies is required for generating leads and sales. Proven track record in Outbound Sales, turning leads into customers. Experience in Executive Recruiting is a plus, as the role may involve sourcing and recruiting high-level personnel.
