$50.00 HVAC service tech & equipment repairs

I desperately need more qualified experienced service techs to repair restaurant equipment both on the hot and the cold side. Do you know what hot and cold side mean? We are constantly growing and expanding.

I have this plan to be able to pay you $50.00 an hour to work for me either immediately or by the end of the first year. Let me explain to you how this pay schedule works.

When you and I first meet and talk we figure out what we both agree is a good starting rate for you. Let's say that you and I agree that a good starting rate is $35.00 per hour. That would be a paycheck $1,400.00 per week.

The difference between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour is $15.00 per hour. So we take that amount (15) and divide it by 12 to get $1.25

So if you come to work for us at $35.00 and learn and do well, we will give you a raise every single month of $1.25 per month so in other words at the end of one year, you will be at $50.00 per hour or $104,000.00 per year.
