This position allows you to work from home remotely. Exact Match Home is an innovative company in the growing field of residential and commercial property maintenance solutions. As our business continues to expand into new market areas, we are looking for collaborative, solution-focused team members who are enthusiastic about building on our core strengths to serve our clients better every day. This will be a full time, Tuesday through Saturday weekly shift.

Job Summary:

The Project Solutions Coordinator (PSC) / Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for the coordination, execution, and completion of work orders through the use of a work order management system (WOMS) and communication with both the client and service provider.

Responsibilities

Continually update the WOMS system with all critical information including assigned contractor, appointment times, bid requests, completed work orders, issues and other notes.

Utilizing reports and the work order management system, track and update work orders to ensure timely completion.

Manage work queues of contractors to ensure that work orders are completed per process and in the timeline required.

Review photos and forms of completed work orders to verify completion, compliance with client standards and to ensure the highest level of quality from our contractors.

Review photos, forms and related documentation of completed work orders to ensure the Exact Match Home team executes a quality solution for our client and builds a relationship of trust.

Assist in managing the relationship with the client throughout the process.

Assist in managing the relationship with the contractor throughout each work order.

Communicate with clients and contractors by phone, email, text, etc. as made available by Exact Match Home and the WOMS.

Communicate any issues with a work order, contractor, or client to the appropriate manager.

Contributes to company demands, in times of need, by accomplishing additional duties.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes while remaining calm under pressure.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
