What We Need:

✅ EPA 608 Certification Required

✅ Strong Work Ethic – Must Be Punctual & Reliable

✅ Ability to Travel Between Multiple Properties Daily (Mileage Included)

✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

✅ Experience in Apartment Maintenance, Including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Repairs
