Media Content Creator Assistant - for Guitar Pedal Company.

We make guitar pedals—creative, handcrafted, and unique. Our brand is all about pushing the boundaries of sound and design, and we’re looking for a Media Content Creator Assistant to help us share that passion. This role is perfect for someone who loves both media and music—if you play an instrument and are familiar with the world of guitar effects, studio recording and such, it would be a very big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Shooting and editing content for Instagram and YouTube, from product demos to creative video ideas

- Taking high-quality product and lifestyle photos that showcase our pedals in the best light

- Designing graphics and visuals (bonus if you have a good eye for branding and layout)

- Scheduling and managing Instagram posts to keep our audience engaged

- Uploading content to our newsletter system and helping organize upcoming email campaigns

- Organizing our media library, including Google Drive, video files, and photo assets, so everything is easy to find

- Re-editing existing influencer videos for Instagram and ads, making them more dynamic and engaging

- Exploring new platforms and creative tools to help us grow and stay ahead of trends

- Keeping up with the latest in media, music, and marketing to bring fresh ideas to the table

Who We’re Looking For

- Someone who plays an instrument or is involved in music—this is key

- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced, creative environment

- Experienced with video editing, photography, and Photoshop (or similar tools)

- A good eye for design and visual storytelling

- Familiar with social media scheduling, Google Drive organization, and content strategy

- Passionate about discovering new apps, platforms, and tools that connect media, music, and marketing

- Quick to learn, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve creative processes

The Details

- Work is on-site at our warehouse in Van Nuys. Within time, editing work can be done from home.

- Starting as 1099 at 20 hours per week, growing to 30 hours, with potential for full-time

- Pay: $20/hr

- Schedule is flexible, but most work happens between 9 AM – 4 PM
