About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing hospitality company with multiple restaurant concepts. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, support HR and payroll functions, and ensure the smooth running of our corporate office.

Job Summary:

Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, supporting HR functions, and assisting with payroll and accounting coordination. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management & Administrative Support:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.

Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and office maintenance.

Coordinate communication between the corporate office and restaurant locations.

Organize meetings, maintain records, and assist with document management.

HR & Payroll Support:

Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and compliance.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are up to date.

Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee hours and tips.

Address basic HR-related inquiries and direct complex issues to HR leadership.

Financial & Accounting Coordination:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking.

Reconcile invoices, manage petty cash, and support expense reporting.

Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely processing of financial documents.

Other Duties:

Assist in planning company events, team meetings, and training sessions.

Support leadership with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual is a plus English & Spanish

Experience: 3+ years in office management, administrative support, or HR/payroll coordination (preferably in the hospitality industry).

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and payroll/HR software.

Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.

Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
