Training Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Regular Pay:$21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay: Tips and Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

Flexible: 20 - 40 hrs/week (Monday - Friday)

Cleaner/Housekeeper Job Description:

We are a small family owned business seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to assist with daily operations. Because we are a small business which is growing very fast, working with our team offers lots of opportunities for training and transition into direct managerial or even administrative positions. Our utmost priority is someone who is reliable and self-motivated to learn. The right fit should be detail oriented, comfortable working in teams and overall excited to help improve workflow.

Qualifications:

- Although having reliable transportation is preferred we also offer help with transportation if needed.

- Must demonstrate a professional/positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is ideal

Duties:

- Follows a weekly “on-call” schedule

Completes work with excellent quality and within the required timeline given.

- Perform thorough full service housekeeping including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements:

- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs and perform tasks, including bending and standing for extended periods.

- Basic proficiency in English (Bilingual in English and Spanish is ideal)
