We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help streamline office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Position Overview: As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, supporting our team members, and ensuring that all office-related tasks are completed with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires a proactive individual who is adaptable, organized, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Start date is as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and office schedules, meetings, and appointments
Serve as the primary point of contact for any office-related inquiries.
Oversee project budget and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Qualifications:
QuickBooks knowledge is a must
Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in a similar industry or environment is a plus.
