Property Manager/ Maintenance Person

Looking for Property Manager to manage two Apartment Complexes in Hayward. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Property Managers Responsibilities:

-Responsible for all leasing duties that include

Field and respond to all rental inquiries immediately

- Schedule and guide apartment tours

-Send out applications, collect and deposit rents and draft leases( all done online)

- Complete move-in and move-out checklists with residents

-Schedule and handle all light maintenance requests as needed

-Police grounds and address residents issues as needed

-Maintain Property Cleanliness

Compensation $3000 per month plus free one ot two bedroom apartment
