Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant for San Luis Obispo.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
-Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
-Handle data entry, maintain databases, and update records as needed.
-Assist in office supply management and ordering.
-Provide general support to visitors and team members.
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an administrative or office support role REQUIRED
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) REQUIRED
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Professional demeanor and a customer-service-oriented
