As an Auto Rental Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating rental transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties

Assist clients in email leads

Working with concierge travel agents.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions,

Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Utilize your skills to offer upsell and additional services

Implement organizational skills to manage fleet movement .

Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
