MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Established multifamily community in the NOLA region has an immediate need for an industry experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties:

Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew

Prepare units to move-in ready condition

Performs various community maintenance functions

Responds to resident service requests and issues

Maintain activity log

Reports on any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager

Requirements:

2+ years of industry maintenance experience

1+ years supervisory experience preferred

MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew

Assist with on-call responsibilities

HVAC certification

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
